  1. I usually don't like a lot of sauce. I think it definitely needed a lot more sauce "in my opinion".
    Also aluminum cools really quick. As long as you don't grab under the hot food.

  5. Love seeing spiro grab the pans out barehanded! My dad always did the same thing and so my brothers and I follow suit, couldn’t count the number of times people ask us what we’re doing and why our hands aren’t burnt. Trick is to do it often and do it quickly. Your hands toughen up but they’ll still burn if you try to hold it more than a few seconds!
