PAN SIZE – 8.5"x4.5"x2.75" OVEN TEMP 350F (176C) TIME – 40-45 MINUTES (mine took 45 minutes, always check with a wooden stick)
I add mini chocolate chips, lightly chopped walnuts, one banana. Comes out legit af.

My mom saves old bananas in the freezer until she has enough to make 3-4 loaves at once to either give to family or keep in the freezer for later. This looks a lot like hers!
Needs rum-soaked raisins to be top tier I'm afraid
Our banana bread looks like this except it has pecans and chocolate chips
Banan bread that isn't gooey but also isn't bread consistency somewhere in between is good banan bread. This is just "bread" too dry. Keeping another banan cut in half on top I also great, btw.

I like how you use white and brown sugar. That's how I do mine and not a ton of people do it that way. I will also swap out my butter/oil for an equal amount of applesauce, which sounds weird but makes a really moist bread that I enjoy
Bananas that are well ripe have a sweeter more banana flavor.
