Banana Overnight Oats – Save Recipe Below

Very popular with clients as they can be easily taken to work. Works best if done the night before so the chia and flax can absorb moisture. Great fibre, protein and minerals.

Nutrition – 500 kcal (28P, 76C, 12F) + 11F

100g banana (a small banana)
35g oats
10g chia seeds
10g flax (ground)
10g honey
100ml milk (2%)
200g Greek yogurt (0%)
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Just throw it all in and mix it well. You could mash the banana first but it doesn’t bother me. Adjust the portion as you need. I find glass Tupperware works best (Mason Jars)

  1. if oats are poor quality it can be dangereous. so better use a few minutes of boiling or at least pour hot milk instead of cold
