I would suggest that email SPF, DKIM and DMARC records are set up and correct. Also, add a mark to all mail coming from external so it's easier to spot.

employee gets emails , forwards it to vesha , forwards it to you 3 points of verification before any payments are made , and with the business we are in you don't send £20,000 on the same day you are asked to pay for it 24-48h response time is more than acceptable we've got a quarterly payment plan so every 3 months lump sum comes in or goes out never same day possibly same week
Hi Daniel, look into PGP emails to protect against that sort of scam.
