  10. I did a similar layout for my younger sister. Speaking from experience
    1. Do everything in neutral tones.
    2. All the trash and dust gets in through the cracks in the shelves built into the stairs, so you will have to clean twice as often.
    3. You need to add more softness to the room (carpets, more pillows, etc.) because it is too wooden for a child.
