  2. The tee box is really cool but I can't help but think someone is eventually going to fall off that deck. Railing codes exist for a reason.

  12. Hey – question – what was the wet area in front of the Tee-Box? It kinda dried up through the video but it looked like a sealer maybe? Additional finish to make it more durable?

  16. The removable railing is definitely original. The golf platform on a deck is uber original. The metal spindles on the second floor is a nice match. Agreed, 16" oc is worlds better than 24" oc for the long run as well as the stainless steel screws.

  18. you seem to have enough land why don't you put in 3 or 4 holes and a putting green
