Best Pineapple Daiquiri I've ever Made!

I’ve been dying to make this drink ever since I got my hands on the Renegade pre cask rum. For a deep dive on this rum hit up our other channel Feepour. There are No creation details on the pineapple daiquiri that I know of I’m assuming this drink’s been around since there have been pineapple rum and daiquiris. Today I’m opting for my own fresh juice take on the classic.

2oz (60ml) Renegade Precask Rum
1oz (30ml) Pineapple Juice
1/2oz (15ml) Lime Juice
1/2oz (15ml) Simple Syrup
5 Drops Saline Solution (10%)
Absinthe Rinsed Glass

  2. idk why I haven't thought of using fresh pineapple with absinthe, but that's a brilliant idea. Such a cool idea, gonna try it myself

  3. Agree with you on the rums. So many great ones, including ones from Bacardi like their 8 and 10. I'll always say avoid rums labelled as spiced. I know a lot of rums are 'spiced' anyway but the ones with spiced on the bottles are just overtly sugary and very basic

  4. Ok this is random but ya know how there's saline solution for seasoning drinks? Has anyone done other seasonings? A pepper solution might be cool! These thoughts brought to you via triple gimlet.

  8. Possible variation of ingredients: Using Plantation OFTD Pineapple Rum.

  9. It's hard to actually get a hold of rum that isn't Bacardi, Kraken, or goddamn Sailor Jerry. That's the problem. For as many rums as there are out there, they sure can sure as hell be hard to find.

  10. Ever since the Mai Tai video with the acid adjusted pineapple juice I’ve been on a kick of acidualting all kinds of juices. I’ve been making an acid adjusted pineapple daiquiri and it’s a killer. I wonder how it would work in this with the absinthe.
