Giada talks so much crap as she acts like she knows how to make Carbonara yet she uses cream and all the wrong ingredients and tells everyone it's right then here she contradict herself. Face palm
and that's how Giada (an Italian, supposedly) eventually found out how a carbonara really is made. no cinnamon, no cream, no bacon, no parsley. sad moments for Giada.
So, she learned the right way but still she fails it versus Gwyneth Paltrow… Unbelievable…
