Perform 10 reps of each exercise one after the other with no rest. After you complete all 10 exercises, rest for 60 seconds and repeat for 10 rounds.
(Warm up before and stretch after this workout is done)

  1. I think 1000 reps is not helping. its too much strain on the body for something that can give the same results in 10 sets of 10 burpees. unless the only idea is to get reps in

  2. Who else changed their mind halfway through about "10 on each side" for the terminators? I'm always a tough guy when I start out. Great workout!

  4. Four rounds and I was out. I usually weight lift and play basketball. This will be good to get the stamina in thanks so much funkmaster!

  5. Do you have a workout aimed towards a six pack? Like a very very hard body weight an workout within 20 minutes?

  6. I have a herniated back low back but I still train (without weights). You think that doing burpees or squat thrusts can create problems? What EXERCICES do you suggest I do? Thank you MASTER!
