    🥭Raw Mango Pani

    1 Large Raw Mango
    Handful of mint leaves
    3 to 4 green chillies
    2 to 3 slices of Ginger
    Handful of coriander leaves
    Juice of 2 lime
    A little water
    Jaljeera powder
    Pink salt
    1/4 cup Tamarind juice
    1 tbsp Jaggery

    For the ragda filling –
    Soaked & cooked white peas
    Salt & 1/4 tsp Turmeric

    You can add a little chaat masala to it & use the pani to adjust the consistency

  4. Nehaji, love your recipes BUT for your kind information Mumbai has been not known as Bombay since 1995. It has been 30 years still some people call Mumbai as Bombay. What is this fascintion with the colonial names? Is it so difficult to call cities by their correct names.
    Influencers like you should be extra careful. Refusal to call the cities by their correct names smacks of obstinate attitude and disregard of local culture. This in turn leads to language politics and hatred.

  5. Matar tastes much better than Aalu (yes, I'm looking at you Delhi😏)
    Lucknow Chat n Pani ke batashe (golgappe) also use boiled white matar and not Aalu.
    It tastes divine
