  1. My mom made this with black beans. Idk if it was something she just did or if it was a thing. It was really good though.

  2. 오늘의 주인공 장조림 말고도 같이 드시는 소소한 한국식 밑반찬 너무 좋아요!! 먹고싶네요~~😄😄

  3. "Nowadays, for some reason, I can't tolerate too spicy foods." You and me both! I hit 25 and all the sudden I can't go in elevators without getting seasick. Recently, I've also get acid reflux when I eat spicy foods. Doesn't stop me from trying your recipes tho xD

  4. Eager for your pickled garlic recipe. I love the Korean way of many side dishes, so you are able to enjoy many flavors during one meal. Thank you as always, Maangchi.

  5. This recipe, like all your other recipes, looks delicious. Your pickled garlic looks much more flavorful than other pickled garlic recipes found online. I will try to wait patiently.

  6. Looks delicious! Will you ever show recipe using Jukkumi? I love seafood 😋

  8. hi Maangci…pls tell me how to make Bibimbap sauce ..? Thanks so far….sorry out of line

  9. What a great recipe! Actually what I would do with it would be to serve it with udon noodles like a soup and make a full meal out of it. That's the way I eat.. it looks delicious! You're Wonderful!! 💯🥰❤️

  10. I like the Korean tradition of serving many small dishes to offer a variety of textures and flavors. I generally prefer this over eating a larger portion of just one dish. Thanks for sharing.

  11. ❤❤❤❤👏👏👏👏👍👍👍💯💯😍❤❤❤❤

  12. Yes yes yes Maangchi! I had been waiting for this recipe for sooo long! Thank you so much!

  13. OK SOMEBODY HELP ME PLEASE-WAS THE COOKING TIME 15 MINUTES THEN 20 MINS? OR 50 MINS THEN 20-THANK YOU

  14. I’ve been following you for 7 years, you’ve taught me so much! I’m so grateful 언니!

  15. 맛있겠네요. 장조림 만드신 김에 버터장조림덮밥도 하시면 어때요 외국인들도 많이 좋아할 거 같아요

  16. This is amazing! One of my favorite dishes ever. My mom (Korean) still makes this all the time but just calls it "salty meat", so it's nice to know the actual name for it.

  17. It looks SOOO delicious but what kind of soy sauce do you use??? Because I imagine if I use my regular healthy boy brand with mushroom soy sauce, it would be way too salty, or am I wrong?
