Lord God. Just stick with an outhouse. MUCH cheaper and very low maintenance. My neighbor's upstairs toilet bursted a discharge pipe and he ended up with excrement coating his ceiling and walls. That won't happen in my outhouse. Don't worry about how things "look". Just make sure you stay alive.
