  1. Thank you for this clip! I havent done a lot of physical exercise for a while, but this is a great start to get back at yoga

  2. This is TERRIBLE, way too fast for begginers. She is like 'let that settl-NOW WE MOVE TO THE NEXT POSITION'

  3. Thank you Tara! The prolonged warrior postures made this practice feel more strengthened.

  4. Yeah I've been doing these videos for months on and off, only when I started doing them weekly, then 3 times a week, then 4, and then daily, did I see my growth. All I can say is the more frequently you practice the better you get. The body will learn if you give enough chance. Every bit counts. Be a kind teacher to yourself, you'll see.

  5. Best series of video for beginners i have seen very good moves the only problem she is going too fast but just slow the video to 0.75 or even slower on YouTube configurations and it’s gonna be great .

  6. I see everyone complaining about fast pace. Here's a tip – just put the playback speed at 0.75× It will make following easier:)

  7. so basically just move about gently and holding positions with modifications etc. this is very good.

  8. Way too hard to follow, talks too fast. I like the routine but should have been made into a little longer video with more time to understand the instructions

  9. Doing these are really hard at first..but doing everyday at regular basis..the strenght increases gradually
