  1. Cabbage wrap or classic dough — which team are you? 🥬🥟
    🌿 Ingredients:
    200g minced chicken
    8 to 10 cabbage leaves (whole, blanched)
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 tsp ginger garlic paste
    1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)
    1 tsp Oregano seasoning
    ½ tsp white pepper powder
    1 tsp soy sauce (optional)
    1 tbsp spring onion greens (optional)
    To taste salt
    1 tsp Mr Gold Sunflower Oil
    For wrapping:
    Cabbage leaves (whole, not torn) – 8 to 10 (blanched slightly to make them soft)

    🌶️ Momos Red Chutney (Street Style)
    🌿 Ingredients:
    1 medium tomatoes
    4 to 5 dry red chilies (adjust to your spice level)
    4 garlic cloves
    1 tsp vinegar or lemon juice
    ½ tsp sugar (optional, to balance flavor)
    Salt – to taste
    2 tsp M Gold Sunflower Oil

    🍴 Instructions:
    a). Boil tomatoes & red chilies together in water for 4–5 minutes until soft. Let it cool slightly.
    b). Peel the tomato skin (optional, but gives a smoother texture).
    c). Grind boiled tomatoes, chilies, garlic, salt, vinegar, and sugar into a smooth paste.
    d). Heat oil in a pan, pour the chutney, and cook for 2–3 mins until raw smell goes away.
    Let it cool, serve with momos. 🔥
    🔥 Tip:
    You can store it in the fridge for up to 1 week!

    Momo's making process:
    🍴 Instructions:
    Prep Cabbage Leaves:
    Boil water and blanch cabbage leaves for 30–60 seconds until soft and bendable. Drain and keep aside.

    Make Stuffing:
    Mix minced chicken, onion, green chili, ginger garlic paste, soy sauce, pepper, and salt. Mix well. (Optionally sauté for 2-3 minutes if you want semi-cooked filling).

    Wrap:
    Take one cabbage leaf, add 1 tbsp filling, fold sides and roll like a Momo. Secure with a toothpick if needed.

    Steam:
    Place in steamer and steam for 10–12 mins until chicken is fully cooked and cabbage is tender.

    Serve:
    Serve hot with spicy chutney or garlic dip.
