  1. ooh that’s an awesome way to make vegan gołubki without burning your hands peeling a boiled cabbage

  2. We call them "sarmale", no need for tofu, no need for freezing and destroing the cabbage

  3. Do you have to us all the leaves right away! Or can you keep the extras in the fridge for us later?

  4. We have this dish in Greece called laxanodolmades. It’s with meat though but it is delicious

  5. Waah this looks so good! Have you made a recipe using the same cabbage leaf technique to make Polish style cabbage rolls? I imagine not having to boil the leaves first would be a big time saver!

  6. Looks incredibly delicious and also like something @tina_yong may fancy a go at once she's back in action! 😆

  7. My recipe for strawberry jam starts with cooking fresh strawberries with lemon juice till soft, before adding the sugar. But I bag and freeze the strawberries and when they're thawed they're perfect texture to just start making the jam.

  8. Ginger is also easy to peel when it’s frozen and then thawed. it’s okay for me cause I use ginger when sauteeing. So all the moisture is going to go away. ginger also stores for long and retains flavor when used like this.
