An open can/carton of coconut milk, in my experience, lasts about a couple of weeks in the fridge, but this varies based on many factors. So if it’s been a week, and you have no plans for it, throw it in the freezer. If there is only a little bit left, freezing into a few ice cubes can work well.

Thanks for the tip. My international market has moved to selling the large boxes of coconut milk, so I was worried I would waste it if I didn't use it quickly enough.
I have just bought a litre carton pack of the same coconut milk. Will freeze most of it 👍
Thank you for these tips!
Remember Honey? Going down with your ship? 😊
Why I never thought of freezing it?
What about coconut cream?
Freez the coconut 🥥 milk in the ice cube tray. So you don't have to defrost this whole bag 🤔. No waste, only use what you need. 😮😊
Or make ice cream(sorbet)
How long does it last in the freezer? 🙂
You look very nice and I love your videos about thai cooking, but also love japanese cooking
i always buy the big packages and then freeze them in portions in used n reusable jam jars, this way i don t have to pay for zip bags…….this way i never have to throw away any products before i can use them up
Absolutely…. I have been doing for years. It's a great advice.
You were right that is the best one
I use zip lock. It is easier to defrost.
Thanks for the video
