Bullshit.. I owned one and played around with it all the time. Its EASY to beat 100%. The dude never spent alot of time playing with it, he prob just used it. Its all about setting the baseline. So make all ur truth answers erratic dont answer fast, at the moment u answer true questions think of a lie and hidding it. Then when u get to the lies, think about hidding those two.. Once u do it enough, its 100% natrual.. The idiots cannt read shit. The man is 100% wrong they are useless. Dont take my word for it, go buy one online they like 800 bucks and play with it. You will see im right..😂

That's not how questions are asked on a polygraph, they only ask questions that cen be answered Yes or No.
but a personknows when it is important question, and humans screw up and can screw you, so when where were you thursday is asked, you know this is the superbowl question etc, it is a big deal, it is not the same as the first mundane question.

Polygraph are completely unreliable
Also the police will lie about the results no matter if you beat it or not and try to use that to force a confession so never take a polygraph ever
But that is out the window if you have memory issues

How to beat a polygraph:
During the control questions think of something that would make you anxious, a job interview, being attacked etc. During the relevant questions think relaxing thoughts, a walk on the beach, time with a loved one etc. (Note i did this myself and it worked many other people have used this method too).

Polygraph also aren't accurate for autistic and those with ADHD.
