You have to be a great lawyer. I love your videos and understanding of the law
I made an effort to appear at the secret hearing the crooked judge set to stab me in the back and pin charges on me. But he's not guilty right? "Laws for thee, not for me"
It's difficult cause if you can't find the owner & you give it to the police & even they can't find the owner they will keep it instead of giving it back to you especially if there is money inside. I'm kinda a different person cause my conscious could not rest until I found the person who it originally belonged to. I would definitely give an expensive phone to the police though cause I don't want the owner tracking it back to me before I got a chance to get ahold of them to explain that I found it & did not steal it.
Dude didn't even go, "Ey yo, is this someone's bag?" No finder's keepers there.
but isnt this considered a 'booby trap"?
Why don’t cops do that to arrest folks?
So if I find a 20$ bill on the ground police station or store. Worried store would pocket it and not give it to owner
It was a fake video people. Obviously
Classic trap he had time so he couldn't take it but you put it on and just went ahead and was going to walk off with it but then when he found out it was tied to the pole you couldn't get very far
No thoughts on the booby trap? Also giving cops anything is a good way to never see it again.
I assume that you are allowed to secure your stuff with something like a rope.
