SUMMARY:
– The Owl exercise stretches the muscles that go from your collarbone and breastbone to behind your ears. They can get pretty overworked holding your head up all day, but they usually do a good job as long as you’re always looking straight ahead.
– Forward Neck Bend helps stretch the muscles on the back and sides of your neck as well as your upper back muscles. They tend to get strained from poor posture as well.
– The Eagle pose not only stretches the muscles in your shoulders, neck, and upper back, but it also improves blood circulation in your upper body.
– The 90/90 stretch will really stretch the front part of your deltoids as well as your pecs. Those are the main muscles in your shoulders and chest.
– By doing pat on the back exercise, you stretch not only the large flat back and neck muscles like your traps and lats but also the muscles located under your arms.
– Butterfly wings effectively stretch your chest muscles as well as your entire upper back.
– Wall sits will not only stretch your lower back, it’s also a nice workout for your abs and leg muscles!
– Rotation stretches help relieve lower back pain by strengthening the core and lower back muscles.
– The Superman exercise helps build strong back extensor muscles, which is really important if you want to avoid lower back pain. On top of that, working these muscles helps you build good posture, which will prevent back pain in the future.
– Do a set of these exercises every day, and you’ll feel more flexible and pain-free in no time. But, again, it’s crucial that you do all the exercises slowly and smoothly, without any jerks or sharp movements.

The Ninja 4-in-1 Multi Cooker is a combination of an oven, stovetop, steamer, and slow cooker. And it all fits conveniently on your countertop. It’s perfect for everyday cooking but it really shines when you need that extra cooking appliance during a busy holiday season. The nonstick cooking pot is 6 quarts, making it roomy enough for casseroles or even large roasts. It has a glass lid so you can always check your progress you’re cooking. The Ninja comes with a roasting steamer rack, baking pan, travel bag, and a cookbook with over 150 recipes uniquely designed for this machine. Today I’m going to make one of my favorite recipes, Slow Cooker Pulled Pork. But first we need to brown it. So I’ve already set the machine to the stovetop setting. I’ve put it on high and let it preheat for about 5 minutes. Next, we’re going to put the pork shoulder in, and it’s going to brown really quickly. A good rule of thumb is to use at least 1 cup of liquid per 1 pound of meat. And once you’ve started cooking, make sure to keep that lid on. The Ninja can slow cook either on low or high. I’m going to set this to the low setting, and let it cook for 7 full hours. Pulled pork is perfect for this kind of cooking because you can take even an inexpensive cut of meat and make it fork tender. Remember that the Ninja is also an oven that allows you to bake or roast all of your favorite foods. If you add a little liquid to this machine, it turns it into a steam oven. And because of its size, it cooks up to 30% faster and all your foods come out super juicy. Finally consider steam baking. You can do things inside like cheesecake or my Pineapple Upside Down Bread Pudding. You’ll find that recipe on QVC.com. The last thing you can do with your Ninja is steam foods, like veggies or seafood. Now remember, you’ll need at least one cup of water to steam most foods, but remember with seafood, especially clams or muscles, they release their own liquids, so adjust those levels accordingly.
