About Vinicius (Vinny) Magalhãesis a Brazilian mixed martial artist. He was a participant in The Ultimate Fighter: Team Nogueira vs. Team Mir. Vinny was promoted to Black Belt by his Instructors Vinicius Aieta and Royler Gracie, on the Podium after winning thirteen matches (Ten by Submissions), and take home two Gold Medals in the 2005 World Jiu-Jitsu Championship as a Brown Belt.

In 2007, Vinny would become the first Jiu-Jitsu No Gi World Champion in the Super Heavy Weight Division as a Black Belt.

In 2009, Vinny had an impressive performance in the most prestigious Grappling Tournament in the World, the ADCC Submission Wrestling World Championship, winning 2 Bronze Medals. Vinny currently trains and teaches at TapouT Training Center, in Las Vegas, Nevada where he teaches Jiu Jitsu.

I can´t believe it! It is a workbench! In this episode we arrive at a major milestone as we put in the t-slot rails and the holepattern, enabling all main functions of this workbench.
From now on we will only keep adding practicality.

Awesome Shoulder Exercise (HITS THE ABS TOO!)

When it comes to picking the best shoulder exercises to do to increase the size of your shoulders, there’s a few things you have to consider. First, does the shoulder exercise you’re considering allow you to take the deltoids through their full range of motion? Does the shoulder exercise you pick help you eliminate unnecessary contribution from the triceps or chest? Would this fit perfectly into your shoulder workout while still allowing you to crush your abs at the same time?

If you answered no to any of the questions above then you definitely need to watch this shoulder exercise video. I show you a quick move that you can use to train your front delts. You don’t have to use a cable machine to do it either. You can easily put this into any home shoulder workout by subbing in a resistance band instead of the cable I show you here.

The front deltoids respond best to being put on a slight stretch in every rep. This allows you to take advantage of the stretch reflex to elicit a stronger contraction of the delts.

If you start adding this to your next home or gym shoulder workout you’ll start to notice additional shoulder definition and size. For an added benefit, you will see that this exercise also targets your abs and integrates them into the movement.

คนหาปลาแห่งเทือกเขาบรรทัด : ซีรีส์วิถีคน (30 ก.ย.62)

บ้านโคกไทร ตำบลคลองเฉลิม อำเภอกงหรา จังหวัดพัทลุง เป็นชุมชนมุสลิม นับถือศาสนาอิสลามกัน 100% อยู่ใกล้เทือกเขาบรรทัด ทำให้ที่นี่สมบูรณ์ไปด้วยน้ำ มีน้ำตกอยู่รายล้อมหมู่บ้าน ที่นี่มีปลาชนิดหนึ่งที่ใน 1 ปี จะได้กินปลานี้เพียงแค่ครั้งเดียว ชื่อว่า “ปลาหวด” ซึ่งการจะได้มาต้องขึ้นเขา ปีนเขาขึ้นไปตก มิฉะนั้นจะไม่มีทางได้กิน ที่นี่มีนักหาปลาบนภูเขาจำนวนมาก แต่ถ้าโดดเด่นต้องเป็น “แก๊ง 4 สตรีนักหาปลา” ประจำหมู่บ้านที่นำโดย ก๊ะ อาลามะ ซึ่งใคร ๆ ต่างก็ยกให้เป็นเซียนหาปลาแห่งเทือกเขาบรรทัด โดยทุกครั้งที่ไปหาปลา สาว ๆ แก๊งนี้ต่างพูดเป็นเสียงเดียวกันว่า ทุกข์แค่ไหนขึ้นไปบนนั้น รับรองว่า…เจอความสุข

ปลาหวดที่ตกมาได้ ชาวบ้านจะมีวิธีในการเก็บรักษาปลาที่ตกไว้ไม่ให้เน่าด้วยวิธีธรรมชาติแต่น่าทึ่ง นั่นก็คือ “การฝังทราย” โดยเอาเครื่องในปลาออกมาจากตัวปลา แล้วคลุกเกลือเก็บใส่ถุง แล้วฝังทรายเอาไว้ริมน้ำตก แล้วก็ทำเครื่องหมายเอาไว้ จากนั้นก็เดินขึ้นไปตกปลาต่อไป เมื่อเวลาจะลงก็กลับมาเก็บปลาตามที่ทำเครื่องหมายเอาไว้ “ปลาหวด” ชาวบ้านมักจะนิยมเอามาย่าง ทอด หรือแกงเหลือง เขาบอกว่ารสชาติมันมัน น่ากินมาก ฉะนั้นหากใครในหมู่บ้านรู้ว่าจะมีคนขึ้นไปตกปลา ก็จะตั้งหน้าตั้งตารอ เผื่อว่าวันนั้นอาจจะได้กินปลาที่แสนอร่อย ที่ได้รับการแบ่งปันมาให้

How to Cut Side Bangs with Regular Scissors Hair Tutorial l Cut Side Swept Bangs/Fringe at Home

In this hair cutting tutorial, I’ll show you how to cut your bangs at home by yourself. I’m using regular scissors and holding it vertically to make sure the cut is rigid and not blunt. This is an easy way to get side swept bangs/fringe without going to a hairdresser and you’ll save yourself time and money. It’s a simple and quick hair cutting process, and after several times, you’ll learn what works best and looks best for you hair. If you’re a beginner, then I would recommend cutting your hair when it’s dry rather than damp/wet. That way, you know for sure how your bangs will look and can adjust accordingly. I’m not a professional hairstylist by any means – this is just one of the ways I’ve cut my bangs and it works for me.
