Blodplättar Recipe:
Ingredients
– 2 cups blood (Beryl used pork)
– 1 cup water
– 2 eggs
– Pinch of salt
– Butter for frying
– Cooked bacon, lingonberry jam, and syrup for serving

Directions
In a large bowl, whisk to combine the first four ingredients into a smooth, slightly runny batter. In a frying pan on medium-high heat, let a small piece of butter melt in the pan before adding a thin layer of batter. Cook until bubbles show on top, then flip and cook briefly on the other side. They cook quickly, so be careful not to burn them. Adjust heat as necessary. You want them bubbly and puffy, which requires a fairly hot pan. Serve right away with bacon, lingonberry jam, and syrup.

1 Zitrone.
Zitrone, die eine gute Quelle für Vitamin C ist, hilft auch beim Abnehmen.
Die entgiftende Wirkung von gekochter Zitrone kann Darmbakterien abtöten.
1 Apfel.
Stoffwechselanregender Apfel hilft bei der Fettverbrennung im Körper.
Den ganzen Tag über fühlen Sie sich voller Energie, denn der Apfel ist eine starke Quelle für Antioxidantien und reich an Eisen.

Well ripened Pink Jackfruit !???? Put this magical fruit into kasari & made a young coconut drink too.

➡️This is the season of jackfruit in the village. There would be some ripe jackfruits here and there randomly unless it is not time for ripe ones yet. Father has brought jackfruits just because mother reminded him about monthly alms given. There had been few ripe ones in the same tree. Ripe jackfruit pink in color with bright orange bulbs, which was smaller to the one with yellow bulbs picture us the bright and clam western sky. The ripe jackfruit was cut into two pieces and the aroma and taste made us fascinated. Father and I enjoyed this heavenly tasted fruit without any breaks. It evokes some pleasant stories to both of us.????????
➡️The juice that made out of ripe bulbs of jackfruit by pounding in the mortar mixed with kurumba water gives a different taste with a cool vibe. Crunchy pieces of Kurumba in the juice tastes as milky as the fresh ripe jackfruit. This is an ale for a fiery noon.
➡️First, I thought of preparing Halva by using pink ripe jackfruits. But the bottle of semolina on the shelf hints me to prepare the famous tamil recipe; Kesariya. The aroma which comes from cashews and plums fried in the Ghee feels the same aroma of sweets in Tamil houses in the village. I mixed it with few Goji berries and sunflower seeds. The bulbs of ripe jackfruit should be covered with water and boiled for an hour. Three or four sugar cubes should be added to this. The boiled bulbs seems to be a cluster of Atapethiya dancing in the boiling water.????????
➡️In the mean time, Hot water, Cardamom and already prepared ripe jackfruit jam mix should be added to semolina fried with Ghee and mixed well. Once the fried cashews are added to the mixture and put them in aluminum molds and flipping it to the right way finishes the process and let us enjoy it. I hold that step till following morning since everyone was full with ripe jackfruits and that was totally enough for the day.
➡️Father has brought tender jackfruit from the neighboring land. Since we got bread for the breakfast, I wanted to try out bread with a tender jackfruit curry. ????I hurried to cut it into pieces and put it on the hearth and started cooking it. It gives an amazing taste once it is cooked in low heat with fresh coconut milk and using the homemade curry powders, fried ginger, garlic and cardamom along with brayed dried chilies. ???? The bubbles coming out from the curry with an oily texture arouses the hunger and mouth gets watering just like a spring. So that it could taste heavenly.
➡️It is such a pleasing combination to try out bread with boiled eggs and mother’s yummiest coconut sambol along with the tender jackfruit curry I prepared.

Prepare Curry:
-Badiyan ka phool (Star anise) 1
-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2
-Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 1
-Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2
-Laung (Cloves) 3-4
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 & ½ tsp
-Pyaz (Onion) 1-2 large
-Tamatar (Tomato) 1-2 large
-Adrak (Ginger) 2-inch piece
-Lehsan (Garlic) 8-10 cloves
-Water ¼ Cup or as required
-Ghee (Clarified butter) ½ Cup or as required
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tsp
-Kashmiri Lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder 1
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 & ½ tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tbs or to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp
-Yakhni (Stock) 2 Cups Substitute: Chickpea water 2 Cups
-Hot water 2 Cups or as required
-Channa (Chickpeas) 1 & ½ Cup (boiled with salt)
-Baking soda ¼ tsp
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped

Directions:
Prepare Koftay (Meatballs):
-In a bowl,add beef mince,onion,ginger garlic paste,salt,red chilli powder,black pepper powder & garam masala powder.
-Squeeze bread to remove water,add in bowl & mix until well combined.
-Wet hand with water,take a mixture (40g) & make meatballs of equal sizes (makes 15-16) & set aside.
Prepare Curry:
-In a spice mixer,add star anise,green cardamom,black cardamom,cinnamon sticks,cloves & cumin seeds,grind to make powder & set aside.
-In a jug,add onion,tomato,ginger,garlic & water,blend well & set aside.
-In a pot,add clarified butter & let it melt.
-Add cumin seeds & mix well.
-Add Kashmiri red chilli powder & mix well.
-Add blended tomato mixture,mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Add salt,coriander seeds,red chilli powder,black pepper crushed,red chilli crushed,turmeric powder, ground spices (reserve 1 tsp for later use),mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes or until ghee separates.
-Add stock/chickpea water & mix well.
-Add hot water,mix well & bring it to boil and cook until ghee separates (5-6 minutes).
-Add prepared koftay,cover & cook on low flame 10-12 minutes.
-Add boiled chickpeas & mix well.
-Add baking soda & mix well.
-Add green chillies,fresh coriander,reserved spice mix,cover & simmer on low flame for 8-10 minutes.
-Garnish with fresh coriander & serve!

In a new series called Celebrating Craftsmanship, we meet contractor Zack Dettmore. Zack’s a carpenter and builder, and his company has a unique way of involving their customers during the layout phase of his projects. He believes in technology and synergy, focusing on the entire team working toward a common goal.

Zack Dettmore is a Carpenter and Builder from New Jersey
Zack got his start in carpentry around the age of 9 years old. He began by building smaller projects like cutting boards and stools and fell in love with the trade. However, he felt compelled to go to college because his parents were well-educated and believed it to be the path to success. However, in 2010, he left college to pursue carpentry full-time and now owns Dettmore Home Improvements.

Zack Believes in Organization
One of the most interesting things about Zack and Dettmore Home Improvements is his dedication to organization. Every room in the home has a section in a binder that contains all the details required to bring that room to completion.

Also, Zack uses layout signs placed around the project to indicate where certain trades will install fixtures and devices. This isn’t necessarily for the subcontractors, though. He does this for the client so they can get a better idea of where these items will be. After all, Zack recognizes that most homeowners don’t know how to read plans, but he still wants them to be involved.

He’s No Stranger to Technology, Either
Zack understands the value of technology when it comes to everyday activities. For instance, his work van consists of drawers full of bins for hardware. Each bin has a QR code on it that he can scan whenever the bin gets low. This code takes him directly to the product’s order page, allowing him to keep the van stocked at all times.

An Uncommon Policy
Zack has a unique approach to tools, as well. Rather than packing his tools up every day or locking them away in a toolbox, he leaves them at the site and unlocked. In his opinion, he would rather a subcontractor use his tools than spend time looking for theirs or traveling to replace something they broke. He feels everyone is on the same page and he knows that he relies on his subs as much as they rely on him, and this is one way he can support them.

Plus, a tart lemon curd! The combination of ingredients makes a citrus curd unique. While eggs thicken the curd and give it its yellow colour, butter sets the curd once chilled and makes it smooth and rich tasting.

Pink Lemonade Eton Mess:
Serves 6
Prep Time: Under 15 minutes
Cook Time: 40 minutes

Tart Lemon Curd:
Makes about 1½ cups (375 mL)
Prep Time: 15 minutes, plus chilling
Cook Time: 7 minutes

• Ingredients •
Meringue:
2 large egg whites, at room temperature
½ tsp cream of tartar
½ cup (100 g) granulated sugar
Pink food colouring

Eton mess assembly:
1 cup (250 mL) whipping cream
1 Tbsp (8 g) instant skim milk powder (optional)
1½ Tbsp (12 g) icing sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
½ cup (125 mL) Tart Lemon Curd (recipe follows)
2 cups (500 mL) fresh berries (raspberries, sliced strawberries or a mix)

Tart lemon curd:
½ cup (125 mL) fresh lemon juice
⅔ cup (140 g) granulated sugar
1 large egg
3 large egg yolks
1 Tbsp (15 mL) finely grated lemon zest
2 tsp cornstarch
½ cup (115 g) unsalted butter, cut into pieces
¼ cup (60 mL) sour cream or Crème Fraîche

• Directions •
Eton mess:
1. Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

2. Make the meringue. Whip the egg whites and cream of tartar using electric beaters or a stand mixer fitted with the whip attachment on high speed until they become foamy. Slowly pour in the sugar, whipping continuously on high speed until the whites hold a stiff peak when the beaters are lifted. Stir in a few drops of pink food colouring. Spoon the meringue onto the prepared baking tray and spread it out to a thin, level layer that fills the tray.

3. Bake the meringue for about 40 minutes. If the meringue shows signs of browning, crack the oven door open and continue to bake. Remove the tray of meringue to a wire rack to cool. The meringue will crisp up as it cools, but if you notice that the centre still seems soft, return the meringue to the oven for another 5 to 10 minutes to dry out (even if the meringue has cooled completely). Cool the meringue completely.

You can make the meringue a day ahead. Keep it, broken into large pieces, in an airtight container at room temperature.

4. Make the Chantilly Cream. Whip the cream and skim milk powder, if using, by hand or with beaters on high speed until it holds a soft peak. Whip in the icing sugar and vanilla and chill until ready to use.

Use the skim milk powder if you are whipping the cream ahead of time. It stabilizes the whipped cream so that it holds its shape for hours (whereas regular whipped cream will start to deflate within a few hours).

5. Mix the cream, curd and berries. Spoon the Chantilly cream into a large bowl. Dollop the curd onto the cream and sprinkle the berries overtop. Gently fold the curd and berries into the cream a few times, but do not fully combine them.

If you really want to bring on the pink, add a few drops of pink food colouring to the Chantilly cream. You can assemble the cream, curd and berries a day ahead and chill until ready to serve.

6. Add the meringue immediately before serving. Crumble the meringue over the lemon cream and fold in gently but quickly. Spoon this mixture into a large serving bowl or divide into individual glasses or dessert coupes and serve immediately.

Do not try to keep an assembled Eton mess—within an hour you will have a mess of soft meringue and weeping berries.

Lemon curd:
1. Cook the curd. Whisk the lemon juice, sugar, egg, egg yolks, lemon zest and cornstarch together in a medium saucepan. Add the butter and place the pan over medium heat, whisking constantly until the curd thickens slightly and just begins to show signs of starting to bubble, about 7 minutes. The curd should coat the back of a spoon but it will remain fluid.

Acid ingredients like the lemon juice and lemon zest make it harder for the proteins in eggs to bond and coagulate, which is why you can fully cook the curd without actually curdling the eggs.

2. Cool and chill the curd. Remove the curd from the heat and whisk in the sour cream (or crème fraîche). Transfer the curd to a container to cool to room temperature. Cover the container and chill until set, at least 3 hours.

The curd will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 10 days or frozen for up to 3 months.

For Brewing Oolong Tea
2 heaped tbsp Oolong tea leaves, ओलोंग चाय पत्ती
½ liter Water, hot, पानी

For Brewing Green Tea
2 heaped tbsp Green tea leaves, हरी चाय पत्ती
½ liter Water, hot, पानी

For Lemon Ice Tea
2 tsp Lemon juice, नींबू का रस
1 no. Lime, sliced, नींबू
few Mint leaves, पुदीना पत्ती
1 tsp Sugar, चीनी
2-4 no. Ice cubes, बर्फ के टुकड़े

2-3 tbsp Lemon juice, नींबू का रस

Brewed Black Tea, तैयार की हुई काली चाय
6-8 Ice cubes, बर्फ के टुकड़े

1 tsp Basil seeds, soaked, सब्जा बीज

Process
For Brewing Black Tea
In a saucepan, add water, black peppercorns, fennel seeds, tender mint stems, a pinch of salt, tea leaves and boil it for a few minutes.
Add sugar and get a quick boil. Transfer it to a bowl, cool it down to room temperature or chill it in the refrigerator.
Keep it aside for further use.

For Brewing Oolong Tea
In a saucepan, add water and get it to a roaring boil.
In a glass jar, add oolong tea leaves, hot water and keep it aside for brewing.
Cool it down to room temperature or chill it in the refrigerator

For Brewing Green Tea
In a saucepan, add water and get it to a roaring boil.
In a glass jar, add green tea leaves, hot water and keep it aside for brewing.
Cool it down to room temperature or chill it in the refrigerator.

For Lemon Ice Tea
In a highball glass, add lemon juice, sliced lime, few mint leaves, sugar and muddle it well with the help of muddler.
Add ice cubes, brewed black tea and garnish it with mint sprig, lemon slice.
Serve chill.

For Peach Ice Tea
In a highball glass, add lemon juice, peach, sugar and muddle it well with the help of muddler.
Add ice cubes, brewed black tea and stir it well
Garnish it with peach, mint sprig and serve chill.

For Watermelon Ice Tea
In a highball glass, add ginger, sugar and muddle it well with the help of muddler.
Add watermelons, honey and crush it well.
Add lemon juice, basil seeds, watermelon, ice cubes, brewed oolong tea and stir it well.
Garnish it with a watermelon slice, mint sprig, slice of a lime, basil seeds and serve chill.

For Ice Tea Mocktail
In a large water jug, add lemon juice, prepared lemon tea, prepared peach tea, brewed black tea, ice cubes and stir well and serve chill.

In this workout you will be working for 1 minute per exercise and complete two rounds for every move. You will alternate between two exercises all the way through the workout and we will have one minute of rest in between supersets! Dial your intensity back to 50-75% of your max intensity to make sure you can work the entire work period without stopping and we are going to rock this workout together! Our training tempo today is 4-2-1 and I will show you what that means in our workout!

1. Goblet squat to single leg drive
2. Walking lunges
3. RDL to lateral lift
4. Lunge and pass through
5. Glute Bridge Pull Throughs
6. Kneeling kickbacks
7. Left leg clam shell open and extend
8. Right leg clam shell open and extend

11. Back squat close to wide
12. Sumo squat with low ROM

???? ICE CREAM RECIPES ????

YO’S BROWN SUGAR ICE CREAM
Ingredients ????
1 cup whole milk
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
6 large egg yolks
2 Tbsp sugar
1/8 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions ????‍????
Stir milk, cream, and brown sugar in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat until mixture comes to a rolling boil.
Meanwhile, whisk yolks, sugar, and salt in a medium bowl until mixture is pale yellow and sugar dissolves.
Place a medium metal bowl in a large bowl of ice water; set a fine-mesh sieve over metal bowl. Whisking yolk mixture constantly, gradually add hot cream mixture (no scrambled eggs here!) Return to pan. Stir custard over low heat until thick enough to coat the back of a spoon. Immediately strain custard into a metal bowl and let cool completely – stirring often. Add the vanilla.
Process in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer’s instructions, then transfer to an airtight container, and freeze! 

YO’S CINNAMON ICE CREAM 

Ingredients ????
1 cup whole milk
1 cup whipping cream
Two 6-inch cinnamon sticks
4 egg yolks
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt

Instructions ????‍????
In a medium saucepan, bring the milk, cream and cinnamon sticks to a boil. Remove from heat and cover. Leave 30 minutes to infuse, then strain.
Whisk the egg yolks, sugar, and ground cinnamon and salt until thick and the sugar dissolves. Whisk in the strained milk and cream mixture.
Pour into a clean saucepan and cook over a low heat, stirring until slightly thickened or reaches 176F. Strain immediately into a bowl set over ice and stir until cool. Refrigerate overnight.
Process in an ice cream maker, then transfer to an airtight container and freeze!

Ingredients:
cake layer:
2 eggs.
7g of vanilla sugar.
~1/4 cup of sugar (60g).
~1/4 cup of vegetable oil (50ml).
~1/4 cup of yogurt (60g).
3 tablespoon of cocoa powder (25g).
1/2 cup of all purpose flour (60g).
1/2 tablespoon of baking powder (8g).
1 teaspoon of vinegar (5ml).
a pinch of salt.
~3/4 cup of milk (200g).
1 tablespoon of cocoa powder.

cream layer :
~3/4 cup of whipping cream (200ml).
1 tablespoon of sugar (20g).

chocolate layer:
160g of dark chocolate.
~3/4 cup of whipping cream (200ml).
chocolate sprinkles (optional).
