Бутер тесто – 500 г
Сирене – 200 г
Яйца – 2 бр

Начин на приготвяне

Натрошаваме сиренето в купа, към него добавяме 1 яйце.
Разбъркваме добре. Разстиламе многолистнто тесто върху хартия за печене.

Разрязваме го на 12 квадрата. Намазваме всеки квадрат с разбито яйце. Поставяме от сместа от сиренето с яйцето в единият край на квадрата и сгъваме така, че да се получи триъгълник.

Нареждаме закуските в тава, покрита с хартия за печене и намазваме с разбито яйце.

Печем в предварително загрята фурна на 200° за 20 минути.
