This workout is such a great ending to the week and I want you to crush it with me! We will work for 2 rounds of each exercise for 60 seconds each and we will be operating in supersets so there will be no rest between the exercises until after you complete them both. After those 2 minutes of work we will have a 15 second break and after the second round of those two moves you will have a thirty second break. Grab water, watch for what’s next, and work hard!!

1. Hammer curls on one leg , switch and turn to alternating
2. Tricep OH Extension on one leg and pulse on other

Jalapeno Chicken Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Worcestershire sauce 2 tbs
-Pickle water 1 tbs
-Brown sugar 2 tsp
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped ½ tbs
-Boneless chicken small cubes 350g
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Cornflour 1 & ½ tbs
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 small
-Pickled jalapeno sliced ¼ Cup
-Bread large as required
-Makhan (Butter)
-Olper’s Cheddar cheese slice
-Olper’s Mozzarella cheese as required

Directions:
-In a small jug,add worcestershire sauce,pickle water,brown sugar,garlic,mix well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add chicken,salt,paprika powder,black pepper powder,cornflour & mix well.
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,chicken,mix well & cook on medium flame until golden (6-8 minutes).
-Add onion,pickled jalapenos,mix well & cook for a minute.
-Add prepared sauce,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes & set aside.
-Spread butter on one side of bread slice,place cheddar cheese slice & mozzarella cheese (grated).
-Add cooked chicken & mozzarella cheese (grated),spread butter on bread slice & flip to make a sandwich.
-In frying pan,place sandwich,cover & toast on low flame from both sides until golden brown.
-Cut & serve (makes 4-5)!

-Bowl mein chicken,namak,paprika powder,akli mirch powder aur cornflour dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per golden ho janay tak paka lein (6-8 minutes).
-Pyaz aur pickled jalapenos dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Tayyar sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bread slice ki ek side per makhan laga lein,cheddar cheese slice & mozzarella cheese (grated) dal dein.
-Cooked chicken & mozzarella cheese (grated) dal dein,bread slice per makhan laga lein aur flip ker ka sandwich tayyar ker lein.
-Frying pan mein sandwich rakh ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per dono sides sa golden brown ho janay tak toast ker lein.
-Cur ker ka serve karein (makes 4-5)!

How to Replicate Antique Staircase Balusters | Ask This Old House

In this video, This Old House general contractor Tom Silva helps a homeowner by hand-carving a new rope baluster for their ornate Queen Anne home’s staircase.

Ornate staircases—particularly those in older homes—can be difficult to repair. Their ornate and custom touches are difficult to replicate, and it often takes a true craftsperson to replicate balusters and moldings. General contractor Tom Silva is just the person for the job, helping one Queen Anne homeowner replace a baluster with a hand-carved replica.

Where to find it?

Tom helps a homeowner missing original spiral detailed spindles from their staircase by hand-turning
replicas on a lathe [https://amzn.to/3MwR3eK].

Squid Game HoneyComb Candy Recipe | Trending Netflix Sugar Honeycombs #shorts

Let’s try viral Squid Game Series Candy. This is a Honey Comb Candy which is shown in the Squid Game series. In this netflix movie the participants try to remove the shape from the middle without breaking it.

Ingredients to make Honeycomb Candy
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Baking Soda – 1/4 tsp

Method to make Honeycomb Dalgona Candy
1. Caramelize the sugar till it gets melted and changes its color.
2. Add Baking Soda into it and mix till it gets bubble up.
3. Pour the mixture to a butter paper and wait for 5 seconds and press it down to make it flat.
4. Press it with any cookie cutter to give the design in the middle.

While working on our dancing Freddy from FNAF, we went deep down into the rabbit hole of indie horror games and discovered… Choo Choo Charles. He’s loosely based on a cursed Thomas the Tank Engine and his vacant expression still haunts our dreams. We had to bring him to life.

The base for our new toy makeover is a RC spider toy. We built Choo Choo Charles’ body with balsa wood, some recycled trash containers, and a handful of 3D printed parts. His face was sculpted with Apoxy sculpt and Sculpey and his legs were made with Foam Clay.

We hoped you enjoy watching our DIY Choo Choo Charles animatronic project. He’s definitely giving us evil Thomas the Tank Engine vibes. We love to make spooky DIY and Halloween projects all year long.
