Let’s rock it out today for your strong strong legs! We will work for 2 rounds of each exercise for 60 seconds each and we will be operating in supersets so there will be no rest between the exercises until after you complete them both. After those 2 minutes of work we will have a 15 second break and after the second round of those two moves you will have a 45 seconds break. Grab water, watch for what’s next, and work hard!! Move into full range of motion and TURN IT UP in round 2!

This traditional Greek salad recipe (horiatiki salata) is super easy and healthy. Made from only 6 ingredients, it’s one of the best healthy salad recipes!
Greek salad highlights the beauty of the Mediterranean diet, where a few simple, fresh ingredients in their most natural form turn into a dazzling salad. Pair it with my homemade Greek salad dressing and you’re good to go!
What I love most about this Greek salad recipe is that it’s veggie-packed and contains no leafy greens. That means all of the ingredients can be prepped ahead of time (as I showed in my summer meal prep), then tossed together when you’re ready to serve. So needless to say, it’s the perfect summer salad recipe that’s always on repeat. Plus, I give a few ideas in the video on how to add protein for a heartier meal!

We are excited to reveal one of the most anticipated rooms inside our first-ever spec home—the kitchen! Join Shea as she shares her expertise on mixing hardware, layering lighting, and designing a kitchen layout in the latest spec home webisode.
In the kitchen, Shea created symmetry by framing the hood and adding floor-to-ceiling cabinetry that looks more like a piece of furniture than a kitchen functionality staple. “The other part of this layout that’s really unique is a long stretch of cabinetry from the kitchen all the way into the pantry,” she explains. “Instead of having a pocket door or some sort of division it is all connected, so you get this beautiful view when you are standing in the great room. This played into a lot of the decisions we made throughout the kitchen.” When designing the pantry, Shea intentionally constructed the visible corner cabinetry to be beautiful at all times and placed the less-sightly food storage around the corner.

Palak Paneer Recipe like – Top 6 Summer Green Leaves with Paneer Curry Recipe – summer Greens

6 Green Paneer Curry
Ingredients:-
For Green Paste
Gangavalli / Purslane- 1 Bunch
Gongura / Sorrel leaves- 1 Bunch
Moringa / Drumstick leaves – 1 Bunch
Thotakura / Amaranth leaves – 1 Bunch
Swiss Chard – 1 Bunch
Bachali Kura / Malabar Spinach – 1 Bunch
Oil – 1 tsp spn
Ginger- 1 inch
Garlic cloves- 10
Green chillies- 8
Water – 1/4 cup
In a pan add oil, ginger, garlic, green chillies and sauté it.
Add water , all the 6 green leaves and cook for 3-4 minutes in a open pot. “Do Not Cover The Leaves while cooking”
Let it cool and grind into fine paste.
For Gravy
Paneer – 200g
Oil – 1 tb spn
Cumin – 1 tsp
Garlic chopped- 1 tsp
Onion chopped- 1
Salt – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Tomato purée – 1 cup
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
Garam masala – 1/4 tsp
Green Paste – 2 cups
Nutmeg powder- Pinch
Butter- 1 tb spn
Water – 1/4 cup
In a kadai add oil, cumin, garlic, onion, salt and sauté it till onions turn golden. Then add turmeric, tomato purée and cook till oil oozes out. Then add coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala.
Add ground green paste, and cook it for 6-7 minutes while mixing continuously. Add pinch of Nutmeg powder, Butter, Paneer Cubes and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Adjust seasonings and serve it.
Garnish with Butter and Raw Onions

• Recipe Information •
Makes two 9 × 5-inch (2 L) loaves
Prep Time: 25 minutes, plus proofing and chilling
Cook Time: 45 minutes
• Ingredients •
4 cups (600 g) all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp (25 g) granulated sugar
1 (2¼ tsp/7 g) pkg instant dry yeast
1½ tsp fine salt
¾ cup (175 mL) 2% milk, warmed to 115°F (46°C)
5 large eggs, at room temperature
¾ cup (175 g) unsalted butter, diced, at room temperature
egg wash, for brushing
Sesame or poppy seeds, for sprinkling (optional)
The brioches will keep, well wrapped, on the counter for up to 2 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
• Directions •
1. Mix the dough. Stir the flour, sugar, yeast and salt together in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the hook attachment. Add the milk and eggs and blend on low speed until the ingredients are almost fully combined. With the motor running, add the butter in pieces. Increase the speed one level and knead for about 8 minutes, until the dough looks stretchy and elastic as it pulls from the side of the bowl to the hook.
Because of all the room-temperature butter, this dough is extremely soft when you mix it—more like a batter than a dough. Don’t be tempted to add extra flour. Once you chill the dough, the butter will set and the dough will be much easier to handle.
You can mix this dough by hand but you won’t be able to turn it out onto the counter to knead it—it is too soft. Instead, keep stirring the dough vigorously by hand using a large wooden spoon until it starts to feel stretchy and elastic, about 8 minutes.
2. Let the dough rise and then chill. Transfer the dough to an ungreased bowl and cover the bowl well. Let the dough sit for an hour and then chill for at least 8 hours, or overnight before using.
3. Shape the dough. Grease two 9 × 5-inch (2 L) loaf pans. Lightly dust a work surface with flour and divide the dough into 16 pieces. Using your palm, roll each piece of dough on the counter to form it into a ball. Place eight balls in a single layer in each loaf pan, cover with a tea towel and let rise at room temperature for 2 hours.
4. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
5. Bake the brioches. Brush the tops of the loaves with egg wash. Sprinkle them with sesame (or poppy) seeds, if using. Bake the loaves for about 45 minutes, until the tops are a rich golden brown. Let the loaves cool in the pans on a rack for only 10 minutes, then tip out onto the rack to cool completely.

This is the perfect way to start growing your own food, reduce your waste and give up plastic pots. So many people pick up free newspapers and chuck it in the bin once read or think about how many toilet paper rolls you throw in the bin.
Both ways are chemical free (most newspapers ink are vegetable based) and it’s the perfect way to not disturb the roots as you can just plant it straight into the garden and the pot will decompose releasing carbon which is essential for plants to produce new leaves and stems.

@alexawhatsfordinner is combining some of her favorite comfort foods in honor of #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth–garlic confit + grilled cheese ?This twist on garlic bread grilled cheese features 30 cloves of garlic confit, several cloves of fresh garlic, PLUS three types of cheese. ??Recipe below!
Ingredients (for 1 sandwich)
-30 cloves garlic, peeled and ends removed
-1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
-1 tsp kosher salt
-3 sprigs fresh thyme
-2 slices sourdough bread
-2 slices American cheese
-½ cup freshly grated sharp cheddar cheese
-4 ounces whole milk mozzarella, thinly sliced
-3 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened
-4 garlic cloves, minced
Preparation
-Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C).
-Add the garlic cloves to a large ramekin or oven-safe bowl, then completely cover with the olive oil. Sprinkle with the salt and add the thyme sprigs. Cover with a lid or aluminum foil, then bake for about 2 hours, until the garlic cloves are golden brown and meltingly tender.
-Divide the confit garlic cloves between the slices of sourdough bread and mash into a paste, spreading evenly. On one side of the bread, layer the American cheese, sharp cheddar, and mozzarella. Close the sandwich with the other piece of bread, garlic-side down.
-In a small bowl, stir together the butter and minced garlic until evenly combined. Spread half of the garlic butter on one side of the sandwich.
-Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium heat. Place the sandwich in the pan, garlic butter-side down. Place a sandwich press or smaller pan on top to press the sandwich down. Cook for 5-7 minutes, until the bottom is deep golden brown, being careful to not let it burn. Spread the remaining butter mixture on the top of the sandwich, then flip. Press down again and cook for 3-5 more minutes, until the cheese is fully melted. Serve immediately.
-Enjoy!
