Ingredients:
dough:
add 3 cups flour in bowl
add 1 egg and mix
1tsp salt
1 cup water
2tbsp sunflower seed oil
1tbsp sugar
1 shot vodka / vinegar
filling:
green onion, parsley, dill
1 medium onion
1 clove garlic
3tsp salt
1tsp black pepper
400g minced meat beef or pork

extra:
more flour for shaping the cheburek
oil for deep frying

  12. Forgive me Papa Boris… I tried to make Cheburek like I did years ago, I didn’t realize until I had a big crumbly pizdec that I forgot the cup of water in the dough. No food shall be wasted but it is a sad day for this man
