  1. hate to wate food.. good is sometimes enough. Not everything has to be spectacular, especially when I've had a busy clinic and been on my feet 10 hours!

  2. Wait…so you take the trimmings from pie crusts, re-roll them out into smaller pie crusts… then what do you do with those trimmings? Make even smaller empanadas? Where does it stop?
