Usually like Sorted's content, but this format just doesn't feel good, the two "chefs" just dunking on someone elses content isn't a good look. First the fish one and now this, atleast they didn't offend a whole culinary tradition this time.

I've got Japanese relatives and we have made some odd combos of homerolled sushi. The favorites so far are battleship sushi filled with sushi rice and bbq pulled pork with a small fan of good dill pickle and a pinch of creamy coleslaw. Or a roll with rice/beef brisket/ cucumber or pickle then sliced and topped with a drizzle of bbq sauce and good shoestring deep fried onions. I mean my brother in law makes a mean regular sushi roll and so does his mum but they love playing with what ever is in the fridge around the holidays.

Unless it tastes like a literal salt lick, I always can't relate when people say "it's gonna be too salty". Bro, I drown my sushi in soy sauce, wdym? The sausage and pancetta will ABSOLUTELY not be the offending bits salt-wise.
Let’s see kush put his words into action would love to see them all do an episode of 2 chefs (kush and Ben) vs 3 normals sushi edition (but can’t be normal sushi has to be different like the video ) maybe if it doesn’t offend them too much could get a special guest in
Kush, rice and mashed potatoes is an amazing combo! Quite popular in Bengali households (& folklore, lol – there's a whole thing about a king discovering this combo). You should try it! Though our mash doesn't contain milk/cheese – dunno how that'll work out, but milk+rice is a thing too, so why not!

But for me a better Dutch ‘sushi’ would have gibbled herring with a bit of raw onion.
