INGREDIENTS
2 lb rotisserie chicken
2 celery sticks
4 scallions
1 medium carrot
1/4 of a red bell pepper
3/4 cup mayo
salt and pepper to taste

    I usually only eat half a sandwich! I take a slice of bread and cut it in half and that’s how I get my half sammy…. Not a big bread eater or lover, unless the bread is toasted ????

  21. Thanks so much for sharing this simple yet tasty method! My mama was famous for her chicken salad. She’d make a tray of finger sandwiches. I really miss that. I also love cucumbers on sandwiches, more than lettuce! I think we’re going to have to make chicken salad soon! Tuna salad too. Stuffed in avocados ???? & maybe some cucumber ???? boats & little sweet peppers ???? boats! I’d love some fluffy ciabatta or a croissant but it is best for me to skip the dough! ????????????????????????✌????????
