  1. Ingredients noodles ๐Ÿœ
    * 270 g of rice flour
    * 150 g of potato starch
    * 500 ml of water
    * 1/2 teaspoon of salt
    * 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

    1. Mix half the rice flour with water in a pot, whisking to avoid lumps.
    2. Heat while stirring until thickened.
    3. Remove from heat and whisk quickly to smooth out.
    4. In a bowl, combine the remaining rice flour, potato starch, and salt. Add the warm mixture.
    5. Blend until smooth, then mix in oil.
    6. Transfer to a squeeze bottle or piping bag.
    7. Boil salted water and shape noodles directly into the pot.
    8. Once they float, transfer to ice water, then drain.
    9. Toss with your favorite sauce. Enjoy!
