Chocolate Filled Raspberry Pancakes🩷 These are such a fun and delicious breakfast idea!

Ingredients for 1 – 2 servings:
2 pieces dark chocolate, I used 80% dark chocolate
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (120 ml / 125 g)
2 eggs
1-2 teaspoons maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup all purpose (gluten-free) flour mix
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup diced raspberries (120 ml)

1. Spoon dark chocolate onto a plate lined with parchment paper to make ”buttons”. Let set in the freezer while you make the batter
2. Mix the wet ingredients together. Add the dry ingredients and stir to combine. Fold in the raspberries
3. Spoon pancake batter onto a non-stick pan, add a dark chocolate round on top, top with more batter and let cook for a few minutes, flip and cook for a few minutes more
4. Enjoy!
