Dude! A few minutes in – I thought you were just doing a hyped-up turtle pie, but . . . WOW! This looks fantastic. Don't sue me if I steal this!
Wonder how it would be to cut the remainder of the pie crust into small (dime size) pieces and sprinkle in that second layer of the pecan mix,then put your whole pecans on top. Seems it would make some nice little dumplings.
