Chunky vs Fine Gold, back into the bush for another 3 days of gold!!

In this video I head out for a 3 day prospecting trip to snipe for gold in two locations. The first being chunky gold way upstream and then I packraft my way 10kms downstream to prospect and insanely rich fine gold deposit.

    How come the rock is so crumbly?? It's just brakes with a little scraping… Is it a special type of rock? I love your camping techniques you disturb as little as possible and leave no rubbish behind!, Respect ????

    Here in Oregon, we use a straw and a feather to clean the black sand away from the gold. Works great, slow but totally clean.
