  1. There is a difference between burnt bread and toasted bread , burnt bread takes longer period of time , and toasted bread takes a shorter period of time , burnt bread is black , and toasted bread is a golden color mixed with light brown color. The way I match colors is what ever colors that looks the same I know it is the same color. Just copy lol

  2. Certainly a different take on banana bread, but I can top that, here in the UK we have (or had, can't seem to find it now!) Banana Bread Beer, which was a nice brew on a hot day when it was nicely chilled… 🙂

  3. Second attempt to convince Claire to do a Claire Creates episode for the Costco Chicken Bake 😛

  4. This looks great. We made some banana bread and our then five-year-old granddaughter said: "No, this is not banana bread, this is banana cake." I was happy to hear you agree that it is a cake.

  5. Me being amazed at how unbabied the kitchen is .. and then I spot the highchair.. AHA!

  6. I am so excited. I love carmelized and malted flavors 🙂
On a side note, I usually whip cream by hand but I stick the whisk and bowl in the freezer for at least half and hour before I use them and it whips to stiff peaks in about 5 minutes. Takes away the concern/ risk of any temp variations of the room.
