Combining their rings & saving the scuffs to preserve his memory

Heather had me combine the elements of her ring into her late husband’s wedding band so she could wear it as a necklace. She asked me not to remove the scuffs and scratches from his ring as those represented their whole life together. Each little mark a reminder of the life he lived and now she gets to keep those memories close to her heart.

  1. That’s really sweet. Keeping the wear marks is very very special.

  2. Why’s so many people saying it’s ugly. It’s actually beautiful. Although I do agree with some commenters on a stronger chain!

People who say it’s ugly have no empathy and cannot understand the fact that looks aren’t everything in beauty. Grow up

  3. Your stories of other people
    Makes me miss my lady.
I hope she's happy where ever she is

  4. Beautiful but looks really fragile. A thicker chain with a heavy duty clasp, I’d also suspect soldering would be more durable than those laser welds.
