On the good side of this, I don't feel extra anymore for getting my soy milk and yoghurt since cow milk and yoghurt prices are almost the same now ????????

I'm in Germany and mostly buy at Aldi and Lidl. The same pack of sliced cheese that was 1,99 at the end of 2021 went up to 2,29 last spring, to 2,99 in the summer and then to 3,49 during fall. We spend about 25% more on groceries each month than we did in 2020 with the same amount of income.

Very interesting that the prices hadn't gone up that much. I bet if you had purchased eggs, the price would have been whoa!! LOL

It's no secret that times are tough, but it's important to be aware of how our spending habits are being impacted. With prices on the rise, it's more important than ever to budget wisely and find ways to save on essentials like food and household items. Let's start a conversation on how we can weather these tough times and still make ends meet.

They try to keep the same price, but the amount is getting less for the same price .

It’s uncanny how most of the stuff you bought are the same price from over 2 years which is a steal

Get urself some lemon tress, plant in pots, you will always have them ????????

But aren't at least some of them smaller packs now? It looks like it, so then many more are pricier. But I am not from US so idk – I did notice that trend in my country tho.

Some items are more expensive, some stays the same , however the size is way smaller than before…

TJs have the best Korean short ribs. It was $10 back then, and now it's $14. 🙁 I finally got it since I haven't bought them for over a year. I'm eating it tomorrow… Hope it's still worth it.

I’ve noticed some items got considerably smaller units especially in packaged foods.
