How can I use Lexel around the house ? Is it basically glue?
So do you like the tough built hammer more than the stiletto?
Looking good y’all ????????✌????
Have you guys ever built your own trusses? Would you consider building them?
Arlo is starting to really steal the show.. he used to quietly throw a “pro tip” in once in a while.. now he’s just owning the room. ???? love it !
The tables are gorgeous…. Nice ???? work!
You're going to think I'm kidding but here I've watched them do it and they put a little Dawn dish soap in that mud when they're mixing it up just a couple of squirts
Awesome boy's.
Been enjoying your channel for a while ! Don't lose Arlo ……..He may need a raise
Isn't that plastic going to defeat the firewalls purpose of being fire proof?
Why die you choose drywall over brick for the firewall? Greetings from Germany
I’m with Arlo on the plastic covering. Stapling it to the board because of wind concerns sacrifices the impervious nature of the system. You can see that he is serious about this issue, and it’s a pretty good pro tip as well.
Would it have been more efficient to build a partition wall out of block or ICF? I wonder what would be cheaper/faster. Could have avoided the drywall complications at least ????♂️
With reference to the fire break between the two houses here in the UK when building a timber frame house rockwool is sandwiched between the 2 party walls on all floors and when in the roof they use a spandrill panel(prefabed timber partition the same shape as the roof which has two layers of plasterboard"drywall" on each face) which continues the firebreak upto the roofline
Whatever you’re paying Arlo, double it.
