Cooking a Massive Burger on the Jobsite

I just got a Big Mac for lunch, but I’m super hungry.
This got me to thinking- I wonder if I could build a bigger Big Mac right here on the jobsite.
I started out by using a torch to fry up a couple of 1-pound beef patties on the roller drum.
Next, I used my Milwaukee Hackzall with a 12” blade to cut up the bun.
If you want it to taste like a Big Mac it’s gotta have sauce.
A handful of Lettuce, Yellow American Cheese, a Burger, Diced Onions, then a middle bun , more sauce- I used up an entire caulk tube. Lettuce, a fistful of Pickles, another Burger, more Onions and finally the top bun.
Check out how big this thing is compared to regular Big Mac- I think I’ll call it the “Massive Mac”.
And it was delicious! @hausplans

Still too much bread. I'd had gone with 2 lb patties. Maybe two and a half pound then you could have had a 5 lb Mac Daddy Patty

for those who don't understand the roller is constantly exposed to heavy metals and chemicals from the asphalt and rolls on

it's actually incredibly carcinogenic when you heat up a roller as the heavy metals and asphalt chemicals build up on the roller itself which then leeches into the food regardless of how well you cleaned it
