    I see you shallow fry or sometimes maybe deep fry (?) Do you reuse any of that oil? Given the price tag on these oils, one would hope there's a safe way to do so. I always find it disgusting with canola and vegetable oil, maybe not so much with avocado?

    Great video. Ghee is my absolute FAVORITE to cook with. I use it for everything. It is so yummy. What do you think of tallow? I’ve heard some good things but not familiar with it. Also, could you address the new findings on Kerigold butter? It is my go to, but now their saying it has forever chemicals in it. 😢

    I cook in lard at times. Very saturated (stable) as well, right? Another wards, no oxidation or rancid effects?
