Cottage Cheesecake Recipe👇

I made this variation for people outside of Europe that can’t get Quark. For the tracking I used ingredients you can buy from Coles in Australia. This is no bake style. Got the protein up to 33% 🔥

Nutrition – 6 x 300 kcal (25P, 22C, 10F)

4 Lotus Biscoff Bisuits
600g light cream cheese (soft cheese)
600g low fat cottage cheese (blended)
50g condensed milk
30g cocoa
10g sweetner
24g gelatin (two sachets)

Method –

1. Break up your biscuits to create a base

2. Add the soft cheese, cottage cheese, condensed milk, cocoa and sweetener together. Mix well

3. Mix your gelatine with some water then bring together. Mix well then pour into the mixture.

4. Pour into to the cake tray, flatten out then put into the fridge

If your are in the US they often call cream cheese Philadelphia. In the UK its soft cheese. If you can find a low fat version you are good to go, as cottage cheese is everywhere. The texture is different to quark, superior in some senses. I think quark is better fit to the key lime though
