  1. It's nice to see a couple who actually seem to like each other. Usually it's a wife steamrolling her husband and a husband backed into the corner. I felt like these two had good give and take.

  2. I have a question for folks. Does it annoy anyone else when a realtor says obvious things? "You could make this your office, or a home gym, or anything you want." Of course I can do whatever I want with a space! A gym? An office? Gosh, thanks! I never would have thought of the obvious! Not a single episode of House Hunters goes by without agents saying stupid things like that! Or they try to explain away the negatives: "It's a low maintenance yard." Why can't they just be honest and say, "The yard is small, so that's something you'll want to consider when you think about how you want to use it." Why not just tell the truth? It's not like the negative things are the agent's fault. Then again, I don't want an agent to "sell" me a house. I want them to show me the house. Tell me if there are any structural or plumbing problems. Tell me about what I can't see.

And while I'm on the subject, the buyers can be equally as annoying. "I can see myself sitting by this window with a glass of wine and reading a book." Get real, Miss Harlequin romance novel. When was the last time you ever did that? You'd last one page before you got bored. And what is it with "man caves?" You're not in college anymore. You're married and have a family! You do not need to escape from, or shut off, your wife and kids! Grow up! You do not need a space where the wife or kids aren't allowed so you can act like a frat brat with your "buddies" drinking beer and watching "the game." (Same goes for "She Sheds" and "My Oasis" or "My Sanctuary," by the way.) Sorry, but these days, with the world the way it is, I've become completely intolerant of lies, exaggerations, and fantasies. I don't have time for folks for live in fantasy land as a coping mechanism for real life.

  3. Most people don't even realize that the economy is collapsing and there is an increasing rate of unemployment worldwide so take advantage and prepare while things are still on the shelf in the store

  4. I HATE there's a bathroom right next to the kitchen. You could be making food and hear someone shitting.

  5. the husband let the cat out the bag, about the baby, congrats to them.

  6. I would not have chosen that house with no air conditioning for 625,000 crazy would have went with house 3 did not really like any of them however hope they will be happy congrats on the new one.

  7. I just came across your channel and enjoyed it. Not your being close to eviction, I'm so glad everything worked out for you. But just your attitude and presence. Stay strong as I'm sure you will. You're an awesome Mother and person.

  8. Is it just me or is every single hunter (whether an individual or family) always "hosting" or looking for a space to "host" something?

  9. Loved this episode! Congrats to the family and best wishes on the new bundle of joy!

  10. They must have taken the 3rd one, which was the finest of all… ????????

  11. All of these houses seem kind of dumpy to me. But it’s New York, so of course they cost a fortune ????
