10 potatoes
7 oz of Mayo
1/2 cabbage
Canola oil for frying
Salt & pepper to taste

  3. I've never heard or seen potato salad made this way. I thought it was weird at 1st but I do like fries & coleslaw with my bbq, so a new side dish. Thank you for sharing. I'm with Cloud, I only like/use canola oil for frying.
