  2. Also you don't fucking need dill to pickle, you crazy chef/cook/kitchen guy, whatever! Fill is way overused, alot of people don't like it(I am indifferent, I just know many peeps that hate it

  3. Why give it a name? A Sammi is a Sammi, just some sh*t between bread. Just a pork katsu right?(Pork katsu with jalopies?) We don't need fancy names unless it gets serious. Like a torta, omg, the best!!!!

    A roll, some mayo, lil mustard, pickled onion, jalapeno, queso fresco, slow cooked Pork shoulder(or butt I guess) avocado is important here, and then cooked onions, peppers etc in that pork shoulder in there….. Mmmmmmmm…. Mmmm …mmmmm

  4. @JoshuaWeissman I don't think I'd like most of your meals, they look amazing but when it comes to meat/poultry all I see are those TENDONS and I will lose my appetite if i bite into them. Texture is my weakness

  6. Reminds me of the Jack in the box munchies meal before they change the items. Not sure why, but that was my initial thought. maybe the way the sauce looked like cheese sauce 🤷🏻‍♂️
