It’s nice but not really the most effective compared to using tretinoin or tazarotene which is stronger than a retinol moisturizer combo you can mix some moisturizers with the tretinoin or tazarotene this usually boosts the effectiveness but since they are stronger be wary of irritation if your skin is sensitive. And a moisturizer with niacinamide in it like cereve is king! If you have blemishes maybe a touch of salycilic acid all ya need and of course spf during the day the exfoliant powders and such I wouldn’t touch because physical exfoliants can be really bad for the skin and drive irritation and skin pigmentation issues deep in your skin it’s better to use chemical exfoliants like salycilic or hylauranic acid
