Cutting off and Restoring Stuck Rings (part 2)

After years of wear, Jane’s rings had become too tight due to her Arthritis and in Part 1, I had to cut them off to prevent further damage to her finger. Now it’s time to bring them back to life. I’m resizing, repairing, restoring, and soldering them together to fit her right ring finger so she can wear them comfortably again.

  1. European style is that Catholics wear their wedding ring on the left hand, while Protestants wear it on the right hand!

  2. it would've been more accurate to say traditional Eastern* European style regarding the placement of a wedding ring. not all European countries do this

  3. You solder platium 😂😂😂 very weak bound if it was pure platinium it should have been welded not solded cause the solded era is weaker than the ring

  4. What's your solution to prevent rings from turning around the finger all the time? So annoying. My knuckles are so much wider than the base of my fingers 😢

  5. so happy the algorithm brought me back!! i was waiting to see this and it turned out so lovely 🤍

  6. I recently saw a ring with a levered side that opened to allow for larger knuckles, which i thought was pretty cool.

  7. And what’s wrong with New Jersey?
I love the wedding band and her engagement ring. They’re both beautiful.

  8. There is what’s called an arthritis shank look it up your probably too young to know it opens the ring wide to take it off past the knuckle and when put back on closes to the perfect size

  9. Really wish that your business did mail in jewelry I live in South Carolina and I just got given all of my family’s gold and diamonds from the beginning of the century to now I would never trust anybody around here to do anything with this jewelry because they have been messing my jewelry up over the years that I have been getting repaired, and I have nowhere around here that I trust to take these heirlooms. I have my grandmother’s wedding ring. I have her high school ring my uncles high school ring my grandfather’s 50th anniversary, ring, etc., and numerous pocket watches from my great grandfather and nowhere to take them😢
