Alejandra P says:

This is an amazing and powerful video! I was having one of those days where you just want to disappear and hide from the world because you doubt about your abilities and you see everything negative, and I came home sat on my bed and unpack takeout and of course for takeout you need good videos to watch and just forget about everything! and I saw this. My mood changed instantly, you ladies made me so calm and happy. I realized that it is ok to have those days and that the most important thing is to be grateful and actually be mindful about the things we take for granted, like our health and our amazing human bodies, that are perfect, the creation of God. And also, those body parts that we dislike, are actually what makes us unique and wonderful. Thank you Ladies and I definitely welcome more videos that makes us shine from within. and also Welcome to the new host Yulia, yay!

angela anderson says:

Absolutely beautiful girls, so inspiring and touching to the heart. x

Alrik Hamer says:

I've had very pretty girlfriends and as it turned it out later they all had body-image issues, obsessing about details. I can tell you it's a huge turnoff for a guy. And telling them they're beautiful doesn't help.
And then when you yourself have a real issue (that's real to you) she will go like: "Yeah, whatever…I have soo much dead ends in my hair!" 🙁

Lone Nut says:

Yes, part of self-esteem is being comfortable with your physical self. Then there are other parts too….

Sandra Lobato says:

Hey Guys! Cool Video! I had horrible Self Esteem in my teens. To the point where I didn't even ask myself what I liked or not cuz my opinion was in my eyes "not worth anything".
I made quite a journey and I am remarkably more at peace with myself, and what helped me alot was a Book called "Captivating" by Stacy and John Eldredge. Theres a workbook with it too and I really took it seriously and was at it two years cuz I would just, take my time and really dig deep before going to the next chapter. I'm now grateful for so many things and its really easy to answer that question for me now, so I'll just recommend you that book (you = really any woman who wants to see progress in that area) and say: I am grateful I took my time with that book. It was a very meaningful present that I gave myself. 😁
