  1. It is delicious! It used to be very popular in the Chinese restaurants here, but it seems to have gone out of fashion, unfortunately.

  2. Aren’t you supposed to freeze the covered ice cream scoop for about an hour before frying it?

  3. You have to freeze the ball of ice cream after you bread it or it melts right away.
