Dhalpuri with Lentils (Lentil Puri)

I developed this delicious ‘dhalpuri with lentils or lentil puri’ recipe recently after running out of dhal! I was forced to use lentils but the end result was fantastic. I might like this better than dhalpuri!

The process required patience and skill but turned out well despite the challenges.

Hi Ria here's a method to try put a damp towel under the bowl next time and that just stop it from sliding. I saw someone do that, maybe you could have toasted the before you put it in a food processor you should try that one day not for roti but just see how to lentils turn out

Hi Ria, maybe you can try frying the lentils in a dry pot over low heat to draw out any moisture from the lentil THEN process it. Works all the time with dhal for me. Nice recipe btw????
