What i do and seriously helps is cutting out carbs.Choose one or two days of the week where the whole day you dont eat rice, bread, pasta, fried foods, etc

This has inspired me to keep trying to become more healthy and find better ways to eat healthier. I never really liked water so I always drunk high calorie koolaid but as of summer 2018 I completely stopped drinking sugar and now I use 0 calorie flavored water and drink it almost everyday unless I have milk (Ik milk isn't the best for losing weight but I add water and can't tell the difference haha) I also took the small plate advice and I have gotten less food but still felt completely at ease. I guess I want to show that these tricks do work, and it is a good start if you are wanting to diet or try something new!
