I’ve been doing paleo for 73 days now. I keep a food diary and I give myself a cheat meal once every 30 days. During this time I’ve lost 23 pounds. My overall goal was 30. I feel great, people ask me what I do and I inform them, and I’m proud of myself for changing my life style. Seeing this video did a lot for me and it’s what got me started. I don’t know if you read your comments, but thank you for helping me create a more healthy, happy and confident person.

I'm interested in learning about this diet and trying it but you said no dairy so I'm concerned about calcium. I was on a vegan diet for five years and ended up getting nutritional defiencies and so did my husband who was vegan longer than me. Calcium was one of the issues with me. I ate tons of spinach and beans so it seems I wasn't absorbing it or something. It really sux cause I want to stay vegan but don't wanna be unhealthy. A web site said you have to have meat to absorb any of your nutrients from the plants. I don't want to consume dairy cause it's so bad for you but I don't know how to get anough calcium. Please help.

This diet is completely artificial, why do you call it paleo? why do you keep mentioning that it emulates our evolutionaty diet if it doesnt. Human evolution was based on survival, lack of food, and diversity. This diet is just the opposite, plus is based on modern meat which is coming from genetically modified animals who did not exit ten thousands years ago, their genes were transformed by humans through artificial evolution.
This diet is completely artificial and doesnt have anything to do wirh evokution. Why dont call it "modern diet"? It does not emulate evolution at all. Human evolution is based on survival and diversity. Our ancestors ate whatever thhey couls justo to survive. This diet is the opposite to diversity, and is based on meat of domesticated animal who have modified genes due to artifical evolution.
Fruit juice is out then?
