Bajra… Sprouts fruits.. N happily gained 5 KGS n 3 months. Not everything works for every one…. Liquid diet s the best for weight loss… Solids can't reduce ur weight… May be it helps u maintain..n in general every body s different.. Better to consult a dietician

Not everybody wants to lose or can lose 10 kgs in 20 days and 8 kilos in 8 days …. sounds too drastic to me …and everybody's body s different. A slow healthy way is better and she has shown u what works for her. Take it or leave it.
